Prior to joining 3 Thirteen Subsurface, Cole spent more than a decade with one of the industry’s leading potholing service providers, where he developed extensive expertise in hydro excavation. During his final six years with the company, he served as Field Manager, directing potholing and trenching operations across a diverse portfolio of complex projects and client environments.

Recognized for his technical precision and operational discipline, Cole plays a critical role in advancing field standards and reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering accurate and dependable subsurface solutions.

Prior to joining 3 Thirteen Subsurface, he served for six years as a Field Manager, overseeing Utility Locating, CCTV pipe inspection, and handheld Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) operations on complex, high-risk projects where precision was critical.
